Our focus area
Enhance strategies and programs to promote a positive workplace culture, safety, respect, inclusion and diversity, including for other groups that don’t have a diversity target, such as LGBTIQA+
Our actions
- Promote equity and diversity training and memberships (e.g. Diversity Council Australia), including cultural capability
- Establish employee networks to promote inclusion and diversity
- Promote, celebrate and/or acknowledge key dates for all diversity groups, including organising or attending events
Our success measures
- Completion rates of cultural capability training
- Attendance at diversity events
- Positive increase in diversity factors in Working for Queensland survey
