Adoption of sector targets for CDSB and regular monitoring and review of workforce data against targets
Our actions
- Regularly report to CDSB Executive Leadership Team on key diversity and workforce statistics including:
- diversity
- workforce composition
- separations
- gender pay equity
- Raise awareness of the employee Workforce Diversity census and encourage all employees to complete/update their profile in their payroll system
Our success measures
- Quarterly review of CDSB diversity statistics
- Increase in completion of Workforce Diversity census
