Adoption of sector targets for CDSB and regular monitoring and review of workforce data against targets

Our actions

  • Regularly report to CDSB Executive Leadership Team on key diversity and workforce statistics including:
    • diversity
    • workforce composition
    • separations
    • gender pay equity
  • Raise awareness of the employee Workforce Diversity census and encourage all employees to complete/update their profile in their payroll system

Our success measures

  • Quarterly review of CDSB diversity statistics
  • Increase in completion of Workforce Diversity census
