Annual Report 2024-2025

Our Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business 2024-2025 Annual Report details our progress in delivering innovative services, fostering digital and data initiatives, and supporting small and family businesses to contribute to Queensland’s future and the government’s objectives for the community. It recognises the ongoing work and key achievements across the department.

We have prepared it in accordance with the Financial Accountability Act 2009, the Financial and Performance Management Standard 2019, and the annual report requirements for Queensland Government agencies. The report contains our financial and non-financial performance for 2024-25.

We also have recorded our significant achievements against the strategies detailed in our Strategic Plan 2024-28 and the 2024-25 Service Delivery Statements.
