- Ensure employee achievement and development plans are reflective of performance and conduct obligations under the Public Sector Act 2022
- Deliver programs and resources to build manager capability in applying the positive performance management principles, through regular, constructive conversations and feedback
- Promote a growth mindset by encouraging employees to take ownership of their performance and behaviour and promoting self-directed development
- Recognise and reward initiative, continuous improvement, and accountability at all levels
