Our agreement and wages

The Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business Certified Agreement 2025 (Agreement) was certified on 11 February 2026. It details employment conditions, including wage rates and allowances, for our employees and is the first certified agreement for our department.

A condition of the Agreement is that if the March 2026 Brisbane Consumer Price Index (CPI) figure exceeds the 3% Agreement wage increase on 1 July 2025, eligible employees will receive an additional wage increase to Agreement rates.

The March 2026 Brisbane CPI figure has triggered an additional 0.5% wage increase. This increase is to the Agreement rates and will be backdated to 1 July 2025.

This is referred to as the CPI Uplift Adjustment (CUA) under Part 2, clause 2.1 of the agreement.

Wage rates and allowances

Our salary schedules show the wage rates before and after the CUA.
