Professional stream salary schedule
Employees will be paid the higher of the relevant CDSB agreement or award rate.
This includes where the CDSB agreement rate remains higher than the 1 September 2025 award rate, the employee will continue be paid the higher agreement rate.
For example, in August 2026 the award rate is higher than the CDSB agreement rate for classification PO1/5, PO1/7, PO2/3 and PO2/5.
These wage rates do not include any relevant qualification allowance for eligible employees. Refer to Part 4 of the CDSB agreement for the qualification allowances.
