Disclosure log

About our disclosure log

We, the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB, we, us, our) maintain a disclosure log in accordance with our obligations under the Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act).

When we've finalised an application under the RTI Act and released documents to an applicant (or if the applicant hasn't accessed the documents within the access period), we progressively publish details of the application on our disclosure log, including:

  • details regarding the documents that were requested
  • how you can request the documents
  • any special conditions in relation to access, for example:
    • If the applicant hasn’t paid the applicable charges, and payment of the applicable charges is required under section 78A(4) of the RTI Act before access can be given
      or
    • where access is by inspection-only.

The publication of applications to our disclosure log is subject to some exceptions, as set out in the RTI Act. For example, we're not permitted to include information or documents that:

  • contain the applicant’s personal information
  • may be defamatory or would unreasonably invade an individual’s privacy
  • are prevented by law from publication.
