  • Acknowledge, celebrate and commemorate significant cultural dates as listed in Queensland Government Reconciliation Action Plan reporting, including National Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC week

  • Regularly monitor CDSB diversity data to review our workforce composition for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within CDSB
  • Raise awareness and implement recruitment strategies through diversity partners and stakeholders to increase the representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples at all levels within and across CDSB
