Our action and status for 2024-25
We delivered on the following action:
- Identify opportunities to assist culturally and linguistically diverse small business intenders and operators
Our outcomes we achieved:
- The Business Queensland website includes access to translated materials covering key small business support programs including mentoring programs, financial and wellness support and support for women in business.
- The Business Concierge team regularly engages with local councils and relevant multicultural bodies to tailor support to culturally and linguistically diverse small business needs.
Our action and status for 2024-25
We delivered on the following action:
- Continue to offer small business grant and mentoring programs to culturally and linguistically diverse small business owners.
Our outcomes we achieved:
- CDSB has provided supporting documentation to ensure culturally and linguistically diverse small business owners can access grant and mentoring programs information, understand the application process, and review relevant supporting materials.
- Additionally, the guidelines have been designed to allow eligible applicants to seek any necessary assistance during the application process, including engaging commercial grant support services.
