Gifts and benefits register

All our employees must declare given or received gifts and benefits and we must ensure that reportable gifts or benefits have been declared and published online within reportable timeframes.

Being a Queensland Government employee involves upholding public trust and means that duties must be carried out impartially and with integrity.

We publish our register each quarter to show all gifts and benefits valued at more than $150 that have been given and received by our people within the financial year.

The Public Sector Commission Gifts and benefit Directive 22/09 details more information about the receiving of gifts and benefits by employees and agencies.
