Small and family businesses with big ambitions to scale up and innovate are encouraged to apply for the latest round of the Business Growth Fund.
The grant, of between $50,000 and $75,000, can help to purchase production equipment to generate growth as well as advanced manufacturing, logistics or digital equipment and systems, for example 3D printers, CNC machinery and food packing equipment.

Application and funding details
The Business Growth Fund uses a 2-stage application process.
For the first stage, businesses have until 5pm on Friday 30 January 2026 to complete an registration of interest to be considered for this grant.
Businesses that pass the eligibility check and initial assessment will be invited to complete a full application which will be competitively assessed for the second stage.
Up to $3.5 million is available in this round.
Eligibility and how to apply
To be eligible businesses must:
- employ fewer than 20 employees by headcount
- have a turnover between $500,000 and $10 million in the 2024–25 financial year
- have been operating for at least 3 years
- had 2 years of high growth and have clearly defined growth and employment opportunities in Queensland.
